Returns Procedure (Distributors only)

 

For faulty foods, we will either replace goods or refund you in full. If you require a refund, we will credit your account, credit or debit card on reciept of the returned product. Should a replacement product be despatched before the faulty item is received, you will be charged for all products(including delivery) until the returned product has been received. Only then will a refund be issued.

 

All returned goods will only be accepted in their original packaging. All returned goods must have a R.N number (returns note), this number can be obtained from our sales office.  You should provide us with a description of the fault, style and size of the product. We will then provide you with a R.N number and date of collection. Any goods received without an R.N number will be returned to you at your expense.

 

Please note on non faulty goods, that the delivery charge is non-refundable and 20% surcharge is applicable
